We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team in Bhopal.
If you enjoy running ads, looking at numbers, testing new ideas, and figuring out why one campaign performs better than another, this role could be for you. ?

What you’ll be working on:

? Planning & managing paid advertising campaigns
? Meta Ads
? Audience & creative testing
? Campaign optimization & scaling
? Performance analysis and reporting
? Finding opportunities to improve leads, conversions & ROAS

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is analytical, curious, proactive,



and genuinely interested in performance marketing.
You don't need years of experience. If you understand the basics of Meta Ads, digital advertising, campaign metrics, and optimization, and you're eager to learn through real campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, retargeting, lead generation, or e-commerce advertising will be a plus.
