Role Description As a General Manager at Revolutionizing Workplace, you will lead the overall operations, strategy execution, and growth of the organization. You will oversee consulting delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.



The role involves developing business plans, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and improving internal processes and workflows. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, supporting business development initiatives, and representing the organization in key stakeholder meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications:
Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience motivating and developing diverse, cross-functional teams.
Proven ability in strategic planning, operations management, and performance tracking to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with founders, HR leaders, and operations teams.
