Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding stages. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create clear job postings,



and maintain a structured, inclusive interview process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support employer branding initiatives, cultivate talent pipelines, and use data to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, collaborating with HR and other stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant hiring policies and practices.
