Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent located in Delhi, India. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules, and recommending suitable holiday packages and itineraries. The Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent will prepare quotations, manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers, and coordinate with suppliers to confirm reservations. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with leads, closing sales,



and maintaining accurate records in the booking system. The role also requires handling changes or cancellations, providing after-sales support, and staying updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide explicit, courteous guidance.
Sales and negotiation skills, including experience handling leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and meeting revenue targets.
Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple bookings, itineraries, and follow-ups with attention to detail.
Comfort with computer-based tools, booking platforms, and basic MS Office applications; familiarity with travel reservation systems is an advantage.
