Job Purpose: This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's legal
proceedings by handling both regulatoty and non regulatory litigation. The role
involves direct management of civil litigations, response to regulatory
challenges, and coordination with various business units to support the
company's legal position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Litigation

Notice Management:

Draft initial legal notices and coordinate comprehensively with business
functions to gather factual backgrounds upon receipt of notices.

Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure coherent and informed
responses to legal notices while adhering to established protocols.

Advice and consult business teams on the issuance of notices to ensure
compliance with legal standards and corporate policies.

Regulatory Litigation Management:

Oversee the documentation for all regulatory litigation cases.
