Job Title: Full Stack Lead/Architect

Location: Bengaluru & Trichy

Department: Engineering

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, or an equivalent field of study.

Experience: 7 - 10 years

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Lead/Architect to support the development and customization of enterprise applications. This role focuses on improving developer experience, enhancing system integrations,



and building tools across Web and Mobile platforms used by enterprise customers in industries such as telecommunications and utilities. You will collaborate with a high-performing engineering team to implement and maintain complex systems, streamline workflows, and support network operations. Exposure to domains such as geospatial systems or workflow/network management platforms is an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

Strong experience building and scaling enterprise applications.
Passion for improving developer experience and building efficient workflows.
Ability to solve complex infrastructure and integration challenges.
Willingness to learn and work in domains such as workflow automation, network systems, or geospatial data. (prior experience not required)
Comfortable contributing to architectural decisions and working in distributed teams.
