Your next role

Leading the BIM/CAD team and providing support and mentoring to ensure quality in project deliverables.




Responsible for supporting retention and succession planning of BIM/CAD team.
Oversee adherence to technical standards and meet quality control and quality assurance requirements in accordance with BH CAD Standards, specifications and BIM standards.
Responsible for quality and managing quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
The position will involve internal client liaison, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, winning work to achieve team utilisation and financial control of projects.
Responsible for ensuring work is delivered to budget, programme and technical standards and meet QA & QC
Direct line management, including mentoring and managing junior staff ensuring technical excellence is in everything we deliver.
Helping maintain the culture and positive working environment in the team.

Your skills and experience:

A diploma or bachelor's or equivalent degree in civil engineering
