A well-motivated and creative Graduate Engineer with excellent numerical, logical, and analytical abilities who is interested in building a career in Engineering, Planning, or Design Consulting on multidisciplinary engineering projects.
The Apprentice Program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training within live projects. Apprentices will work closely with Jacobs' senior professionals and project managers, gaining exposure to technical practices, project delivery processes, and organizational culture.
This position is an Apprentice role under the Government of India’s Apprentices Act, 1961, and is part of a structured 1-year training program.
As per the regulations and eligibility criteria prescribed under the Act, Jacobs is required to adhere to the government-mandated guidelines for apprentice engagement. Therefore, it is mandatory for all applicants to meet the specified eligibility requirements.
The successful candidate will support engineering and design activities with multidisciplinary domestic and global teams, including
Assist in design, analysis, and documentation for civil/structural or architectural projects
Support project teams in the execution of live projects under guidance from senior engineers/architects
Participate in technical reviews, project meetings, and coordination activities
Develop understanding of industry standards, codes, and best practices
Contribute to preparation of drawings, models, reports, and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery
Learn and adhere to Jacobs’ safety standards, proces
