Role Summary :
The AVP Business Development will drive new business opportunities across targeted Industrial sectors, from lead generation and prospecting through deal conversion, in collaboration with regional leasing teams. The role will focus on building relationships with key decision-makers, existing clients, industry influencers, government bodies and sector associations, while leveraging market intelligence and industry networks to develop a strong business pipeline.



The ideal candidate will bring 9–13 years of experience in Industrial / Commercial Real Estate or relevant sectors, with strong business development, negotiation and relationship management skills. Key deliverables include revenue / area targets, recent deal conversion and client / tenant retention.

Responsibilities :
Generate and develop new business opportunities across targeted Industrial sectors and convert them into qualified leads.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, referral clients and business associates in collaboration with regional leasing teams.
Identify and qualify prospects through market research, outbound outreach, marketing databases and targeted company lists.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers across the Industrial sector.
Build engagement with key industry and government stakeholders, including trade associations, government bodies, FDI institutions and embassies.
