We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our JUSTDOGS pet store. The role involves customer service, billing, pet spa appointment management, online orders, and coordination of home deliveries while ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for customers and their pets.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable pet products and services.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Manage pet spa appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and coordination with the spa team.
Handle online orders, including order processing, coordination, and customer updates.
Coordinate and manage home deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, online orders, and deliveries.
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and staff coordination.




Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.
Monitor product availability and assist with inventory-related activities.
Follow JUSTDOGS' customer service standards, operational procedures, and store policies.
Support promotional activities and help achieve store sales and service targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage customers, appointments, orders, and deliveries efficiently.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn about pet products and pet care.
Prior experience in retail, pet care, customer service, or store operations will be an advantage.
Passion for animals and comfort working in a pet-store environment
