About The Role

MakeMyTrip is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data expert for Marketing Insights & Analytics team. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth through data-driven insights, strategic decision-making, and effective cross-functional liaising. The person will be responsible for analysing customer data, providing actionable insights, shaping the company's strategy, and automating reporting architectures to have best-in-industry data reporting.

What Will You Be Doing

Customer Insights:



Utilize data analysis to gain deep insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and trends, helping the company understand its target audience better.
Business Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of MakeMyTrip's business goals, strategies, and market dynamics to align data-driven insights with organizational objectives.
Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to collect, clean, and analyse large datasets, identifying patterns and opportunities for growth.
Reporting and Data Visualization: Create clear and concise reports and automated dashboards to communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Platform Automation: Work cross-functionally to on-board new analytics platforms, adopt evolving & best-in-industry technologies to run consumer analytics, and help achieve critical business objectives.
