? We're Hiring — Onboarding Assistant
? Role & Responsibilities
Handle the onboarding process for new US clients, including gathering financial documents, historical data, and access credentials
Set up new client files in QuickBooks/Accounting CS - chart of accounts, vendor/customer lists, and opening balances
Perform initial cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping for newly onboarded clients
Review prior-period financials for accuracy and flag discrepancies before transitioning clients to the ongoing accounting team
Coordinate with US-Team to collect missing information and clarify onboarding requirements
Document client-specific workflows, preferences, and SOPs for smooth internal handoff
Conduct preliminary account reconciliations (bank, credit card, AP/AR) during the onboarding phase
Ensure all onboarding tasks comply with internal quality standards and client-specific requirements




Collaborate with engagement managers to track onboarding timelines and ensure on-time completion

Experience Required: 1–3 years
Industry: US Accounting
Language: English proficiency is mandatory due to US client interaction

? Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CA (Dropout) considered a plus
Prior experience in bookkeeping, client onboarding, or accounting setup preferred.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop or Accounting CS preferred.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding files simultaneously.
