Required Skills (Must have)
Solid experience across major Fusion HCM modules.
Understanding of core HR, payroll rules, and Benefits.
Hands‑on with HCM Extracts and integration mapping.
Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop‑leading skills
