Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinic Receptionist role based in Bengaluru. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment. Daily tasks include handling appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records,



coordinating with medical and counseling staff, and managing check-in and check-out processes. The role also involves answering phone calls and messages, providing basic information about services, and directing patients to appropriate personnel while maintaining confidentiality. The Clinic Receptionist will support smooth clinic operations by monitoring waiting areas, handling basic administrative tasks, and adhering to privacy and safety protocols.
