Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager at VOLUME. The person will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaigns across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto, while working closely with clients and internal teams to drive brand reach, revenue, retention, and overall digital growth.

Responsibilities
Support the brand and account teams in understanding client business objectives, revenue models, and marketing goals.
Manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other relevant e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Develop campaign plans across Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook/Meta Ads, Affiliates, Programmatic, and other relevant digital channels.
Conduct consumer profiling, define target audiences, draw consumer insights, and map relevant digital touchpoints.




Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business objectives such as reach, awareness, revenue, ROI, and retention.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign, digital, and business data to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities.
Prepare campaign reports, performance reviews, analytics insights, and presentations for client discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely follow-ups, and effective communication.
Recommend e-commerce best practices and growth strategies to improve brand performance, visibility, sales, and market share.
Stay updated on e-commerce, quick-commerce, paid media, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, e-commerce platforms, and internal teams.
Groom and mentor colleagues and junior team members as required.
