Manager Value-Added Services

Location: Gurgaon, India

Reporting To: Head Corporate Services

Role Overview

The Manager Value-Added Services will be responsible for building and launching the company s Value-Added Services division across its main business lines.

The person will develop the VAS strategy, identify commercially attractive service categories, secure relevant partnerships, integrate offerings into the company s physical and digital customer journeys, and establish the division as a meaningful source of revenue.

This is an early-stage business-building role requiring strong ownership, commercial judgement and execution ability. The person should have previously built or scaled a current business, business vertical, product or service line in India. Former entrepreneurs and founding team members with relevant experience would be particularly well suited.

Based on the successful development and growth of the division, the role may progress to Head Value-Added Services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the VAS Strategy




Develop the overall strategy and roadmap for launching Value-Added Services across the company s business lines.
Identify services that are relevant to the company s customers and can generate sustainable revenue.
Assess opportunities based on customer need, commercial potential, strategic fit and ease of execution.
Prioritise the initial portfolio of services and define the sequence of launch.
Develop business plans, revenue models, pricing structures and implementation plans.
Establish short-term and long-term targets for the division.
Build Commercial Partnerships
Identify suitable partners, service providers, platforms and brands across relevant service categories.
Develop compelling partnership propositions based on the company s customer base, infrastructure and business reach.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
