Role Description The Sales Manager – Gold Loan is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for driving gold loan sales and managing branch-level or regional business targets. This role involves generating leads, developing relationships with customers, explaining gold loan products and processes, and ensuring smooth coordination with partner banks. The Sales Manager will oversee the performance of sales executives, provide training and guidance,



and monitor daily sales activities and conversion ratios. The position requires regular field visits, follow-ups with prospective and existing clients, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications. The role also includes reporting sales performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with management to implement sales strategies.
