We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer (3+ years) who combines creative design skills with solid commercial acumen. Beyond standard design capabilities, this role focuses heavily on client communication, sales collaboration, and accurate project cost estimation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Lead consultations to understand project briefs, functional needs, and budget limits. Translate client vision into actionable design concepts.
Sales Alignment: Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling design pitches, address client concerns, and help close project deals.
Cost Estimation & BOQ: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates for labor, FF&E;, and finishes. Ensure designs fit client budgets.




Core Design: Create spatial layouts, 2D working drawings (AutoCAD), and 3D renderings (SketchUp/3ds Max). Select materials and finishes.
Site Coordination: Conduct site measurements and coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure design fidelity.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
3+ years of experience in residential or commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, and 3D rendering software.
Excellent client-facing presentation and negotiation skills.
