The Operator will be responsible for accurately blending flavour ingredients as per prescribed formulations and manufacturing procedures. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with strong flavour and fragrance compounds in a production environment. The position involves both technical and physical aspects of manufacturing, with responsibility for handling materials from raw ingredient processing through to finished product preparation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemistry or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience in flavour, fragrance, food, chemical, or manufacturing operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with the required aptitude may also apply.

This role involves regular exposure to strong flavour and aroma compounds, including certain odours that may be intense or offensive to some individuals. Candidates who are sensitive to strong odours are advised not to apply.
Additionally, this is a hands-on production role that involves physical work,
including lifting, handling, moving raw materials and finished goods, and standing for extended periods during manufacturing operations.
