? About the Role
Are you a performance marketing professional who loves turning ad spends into measurable business growth?
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital acquisition and revenue through data-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, DV360 and other digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to plan, execute, analyse and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

? What You'll Do
Plan, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other biddable platforms, including DV360.
Drive campaigns focused on key business outcomes such as sales, leads and customer acquisition.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including ROAS and conversions.
Manage significant digital advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of spends.




Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and milestones.
Work closely with agency partners, internal teams and hotels to execute effective campaign strategies.
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improved performance and ROI.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Leverage Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to evaluate customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

? What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and DV360.
Experience across PPC, Paid Social and Display advertising.
Strong understanding of digital media buying, media planning and campaign optimization.
Experience in ROAS-driven campaign management and data analysis.
Hands-on knowledge of Google
