The Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include gathering client requirements, configuring the Dayforce solution to meet documented client requirements, setting and managing client expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting.

Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy implementation project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and optimize return on investment
Manage all aspects of the implementation process which includes team-oriented consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
Document/validate client business requirements and map to DayForce functionality




Configure Dayforce application to meet client’s business requirements
Conduct consulting sessions (phone/in-person) and document with meeting minutes
Attend internal project meetings and provide status on activities and deliverables
Apply functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
Consult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment
Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external client, and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of the time and attendance management system
Responsible for managing the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of employee data
Audit data and modules as needed
Provide clients with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
