Manager – Medical Affairs (Global Partnerships)

Compensation: Up to ₹20 LPA

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Medical Affairs Manager to build and scale global medical partnerships. This role owns collaborations with international universities and medical associations, driving endorsements, MoUs, and high-impact academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive international partnerships with universities, associations, and healthcare bodies
Lead end-to-end MoU and endorsement deals — from outreach to closure
Build co-branded programs, certifications, and academic collaborations
Ensure medical accuracy, quality, and compliance across all initiatives
Work closely with product, content, and growth teams to scale programs
Represent the organization in global meetings, webinars, and conferences
Track impact, optimize partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes

Qualifications

MBBS (mandatory)




MD preferred in Pharmacology / Pathology / General Medicine / Internal Medicine
3–4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Healthcare Partnerships, or Clinical Strategy
Proven experience in international tie-ups, MoUs, or institutional collaborations
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Candidate Profile

Experience in CME/CPD, digital health, or ed-tech platforms is a plus
Exposure to global medical ecosystems and accreditation systems preferred
Existing network with international institutions or KOLs preferred
Comfortable in a high-ownership, rapid-paced role with direct impact on global expansion
