Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Global Growth to join our expanding team. In this role,



you will own the entire sales cycle—from identifying and engaging high-potential creators to nurturing relationships and converting them into active SuperProfile users.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role that offers significant ownership and the opportunity to contribute directly to global revenue growth while expanding our creator community.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Sales Cycle
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline while managing opportunities through the entire sales funnel.
Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build Long-Term Creator Relationships
Develop trusted relationships with creators by understanding their business goals and providing tailored solutions.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
Drive creator retention by ensuring continued engagement and long-term platform adoption.
