We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end campaign execution, from influencer scouting and outreach to final reporting and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Scouting & Discovery
Actively scout and curate influencer profiles across diverse niches, tiers including Nano, Micro, Macro, and Paid Creators, and platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
Build and maintain a robust database of creators tailored to various client briefs and target audiences.
Client & Creator Management
Work on scouted profiles, campaign concepts, and content strategies with the internal team.




Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met seamlessly.
End-to-End Campaign Execution & Operations
Handle complete end-to-end execution of multi-influencer campaigns without operational friction.
Manage workflow pipelines, including locking creator profiles, overseeing script and concept approvals, tracking content submission deadlines, and ensuring timely posting.
Efficiently multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high execution quality.
Negotiation & Relationship Building
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to lock in best-fit creators within client budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
Foster strong, long-term working relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and internal team members.
Coordination & Cross-Functional Alignment
Maintain smooth daily communication between creators, client-facing leads, design and content teams, and
