We’re looking for an Account Executive – Client Services who has moved beyond simply coordinating tasks and is ready to take ownership of client relationships, shape briefs, manage projects and ensure work moves smoothly from brief to delivery.
This role is for someone who treats client trust as a craft, not a checkbox.
What You'll DoOwn Client Relationships
Manage day-to-day client servicing for a portfolio of brands.
Build strong, dependable relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact.
Understand client expectations, anticipate concerns and address issues proactively.
Ensure clients receive clear, timely and relevant updates.
Understand the intent behind client communication and translate it effectively for internal teams.




Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness across all client interactions.
Drive the Work
Develop transparent, actionable briefs based on client requirements and business objectives.
Translate client thinking into briefs that enable creative and other internal teams to execute effectively.
Coordinate projects across traditional, digital and performance marketing.
Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and approvals from brief through execution.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, performance and other relevant teams to keep projects moving.
Track project progress and proactively flag potential delays or challenges.
Work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Review work before it is presented or shared with clients and ensure deliverables meet the required standard.
