Role Description The Ophthalmologist will provide clinical eye care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of ophthalmic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive eye examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and performing minor procedures as appropriate. The role involves collaborating with optometrists and other clinical staff,



educating patients on eye health, and maintaining accurate medical records in accordance with regulatory standards. The Ophthalmologist may also contribute to training initiatives by sharing clinical expertise with other healthcare professionals. This is a part-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine with relevant clinical experience in patient care.
Demonstrated expertise in Ophthalmology, including diagnosis and management of eye diseases.
Working knowledge of Optometry principles, including refraction and contact lens or spectacle prescriptions.
Experience with Laser procedures related to ophthalmic care, where applicable.
Competence in Ophthalmic Surgery or minor surgical interventions, according to training and credentials.
