Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of business function initiatives.
Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
