South India Agencies is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming sales enquiries and support our sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and social media
Understand customer requirements and provide product information
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team
Follow up with prospects to improve lead conversion
Maintain enquiry records and lead tracking
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,



Email)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple enquiries efficiently
Skilled and customer-centric attitude

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, customer support, or enquiry handling
Experience in B2B/B2C sales enquiries is an advantage

Language requirement

English
Kannada
Hindi
Additional languages are a plus

Bonus advantage

Candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera for UGC-style content and product videos will have an added advantage.
