Mulyo Manufacturing is a Noida-based apparel manufacturing unit working with Indian fashion, clothing and D2C brands across womenswear, menswear and kidswear.

The Role
We are looking for a B2B Business Development Manager who can consistently bring new domestic manufacturing clients and build long-term relationships with Indian fashion and apparel brands.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new domestic B2B clients for apparel manufacturing.
Bring in new manufacturing orders from Indian fashion and D2C brands.
Build and maintain relationships with brand founders, buyers and sourcing teams.
Generate leads, conduct meetings, handle negotiations and close orders.
Convert enquiries into sampling, quotations and confirmed production orders.
Develop repeat business from acquired clients.




Maintain a strong pipeline of potential manufacturing clients.

Who We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in apparel/fashion B2B sales or business development.
Candidates must have an existing client network of Indian fashion, apparel or D2C brands and a proven track record of bringing manufacturing orders.
Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, costing, MOQ and production timelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to independently acquire and convert new clients.
Compensation

Salary as per industry standards, based on experience and existing industry network.
