Position OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive fulfillment in our Non-IT Staffing vertical. You will act as the primary bridge between our corporate clients and our internal recruitment team. Your goal is to maximize fulfillment rates for roles in sectors like BFSI, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, or Operations.



This role offers a competitive base salary with an aggressive incentive structure tied Directly to account performance and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client stakeholders to understand volume hiring requirements.
Delivery Management: Translate client job descriptions into clear targets for the recruitment team to ensure rapid turnaround times.
Pipeline Oversight: Review candidate profiles for quality and coordinate the interview, selection, and onboarding processes.
SLA Compliance: Meet strict client service level agreements regarding joiner ratios, replacement times, and attrition management.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to increase our share of wallet within existing client accounts.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Exactly 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Non-IT staffing or recruitment account management.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of volume hiring dynamics across non-technical industries in India.
