Lead field service engineer for East & North India Installed base for MS
Service Business.

Consultative engagements will be targeted towards both external customers and
internal stakeholders in direct support of customer’s needs.

Help Honeywell teams understand and develop effective Customer Engagement,
Demonstrate value of after sales services, Customer feedback, end user plan of
migration and product value propositions. Drive the customer for Cyber, patch
update other value added services.

Help customers confidently understand product capabilities, product value and
product integration within customer workflows and in direct support of customers
strategic initiatives in maintaining installed base.

Drive cross-functional alignment to support customer sale and decision process,
participating in sales pursuit strategy planning, executing product demos
aligned with Customer needs,



assisting proposal team in right and rapid
commercial offerings, supporting customer negotiations, order fulfillment and
hand-over to customer success team.

Have experience in competitive displacement. Understanding batch and process
knowledge is added advantage
