Role Description The Academy Coordinator (Music School) is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of SOS Music School. This role includes managing class schedules,



coordinating faculty timetables, and ensuring timely communication with learners and parents regarding sessions, exams, and events. The coordinator will oversee student onboarding, maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and progress, and support exam registrations for Trinity, Rock School, and other certification bodies. Daily tasks also involve organizing recitals, jam sessions, and concerts, handling basic administrative tasks, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure classes run according to curriculum standards. The role requires a proactive presence at the academy to address operational needs, support the learning environment, and provide excellent service to the SOS community.
