We are looking for an HR Operations professional who can independently manage core employee lifecycle processes, payroll, HR MIS, compliance, and employee queries while ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, verification, BGV, HRIS updates, induction coordination, and joining formalities.
Manage the weekly Recent Joiner Orientation Program and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Handle employee exits, including resignation documentation, clearance, exit interviews, Full & Final coordination, and issuance of relieving and experience letters.
Ensure employee records and lifecycle data are accurate and updated in the HRIS.
Payroll & HR MIS
Independently manage and run the monthly payroll process end-to-end.
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, employee changes, deductions, reimbursements,



and other payroll-related components.
Prepare payroll-related statutory compliance documentation as applicable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR MIS, employee databases, and payroll records.
Generate HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
Employee Relations & HR Support
Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll, HR policies, benefits, documentation, and other HR-related queries.
Resolve employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure a positive and consistent employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Compliance & HR Processes
Support the implementation and maintenance of POSH processes, awareness initiatives, documentation, and coordination.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance requirements.
