Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience - 8+ years
Strong working experience with ServiceNow architecture, application development and implementation experience.
Strong working experience in service now module GRC and Legal.
Strong command of ServiceNow platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, etc.
Solid knowledge in MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations.
Extensive experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Web Services (REST, SOAP), SRAPI, import set APIs.
Experience designing and implementing custom scoped applications.




Proven record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, CI/CD, unit testing.
Ability to consult and influence on technical decisions and architectural best practices.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in enterprise software development in ServiceNow-competitive application domains.
Knowledge of SOA technologies including REST, SOAP, and integration techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
