Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally with customers and resolve concerns effectively
Maintain records of customer interactions accurately
Follow process guidelines and company policies
Escalate unresolved concerns whenever required
Meet individual and team productivity targets
