Qualification: Post Graduation Degree in Mass media/ Mass Communication/PR/Engineering
Designation: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Team Member
Reporting To: Head of Section [Corporate Affairs]

Experience:



3–8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations, or Community Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Visibility & OOH Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of Out-of-Home (OOH) initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, presence, and recall across relevant markets.
Media & PR Support: Assist in developing and executing media campaigns, press releases, media communications, and PR initiatives aligned with the organization’s brand and corporate reputation objectives.
Corporate Communication & Visitor Engagement: Lead the coordination of Kia India introduction presentations, PR Lobby tours, factory visits, and stakeholder visits, ensuring a skilled and engaging brand experience.
Stakeholder & Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, village representatives, community influencers, and other key stakeholders in and around the plant
