Required education and certifications critical for the role:
Degree or academic background in artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, technology, or related discipline, combined with practical exposure to human capital advisory, workforce analytics, talent, rewards, HR solutioning, or consulting
Degree or formal academic background in human resources, organizational psychology, business, talent management, rewards, or a recognized HR programme, combined with practical experience applying AI, analytics, automation, or digital tools in a delivery or advisory setting.
Work Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience
