Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Paid Ads Specialist to manage social media platforms, execute paid advertising campaigns, and drive audience growth and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, content planning, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and publish content across social media platforms.
Create, launch, and optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
Develop audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
Conduct audience and location-based research.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS and CPL.
Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Prepare performance reports and recommendations.




Coordinate with content and creative teams.
Required Skills
2+ years of Social Media Management experience.
Solid experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience running TikTok Ads campaigns.
Knowledge of audience targeting and lead generation.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Analytical mindset with reporting and optimization experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Analytics.
Familiarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite.
Knowledge of Google Business Profile.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content planning and marketing workflows.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
