Required Technical Skill Set - Workday Time tracking and Absence management

JD :
 Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
 Design and implement absence plans, leave policies, accrual calculations, and eligibility rules.
 Configure:
Time Entry Codes
Time Calculation Rules
Time Tracking Validations
Work Schedules
Leave Types and Plans
Holiday Calendars
Accrual Rules




 Support and optimize business processes related to employee attendance and leave management.
 Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.
 Configure security roles and domain permissions.
 Perform testing activities including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
 Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
 Support Workday releases and enhancement projects.
 Prepare functional design documents and user training materials.
