About The Role

As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of HARMAN’s strategic cybersecurity initiatives. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that strengthen the organization's security posture, reduce cyber risk, and support business objectives. Working closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Engineering, and business stakeholders,



you will coordinate enterprise-wide security initiatives ranging from infrastructure hardening to deployment of new security technologies. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with HARMAN's cybersecurity strategy and governance standards.

What You Will Do

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise cybersecurity projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
Manage a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives, including infrastructure hardening, security tool deployments, vulnerability remediation programs, penetration testing engagements, compliance initiatives, and security modernization efforts.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, risk registers, and executive status reporting for multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, End User Services, Engineering, Procurement, and business organizations.
