Ecomoney Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its HNI & Ultra HNI Private Client Advisory business and is looking for high-performing professionals who can build trusted, long-term relationships with affluent clients and deliver a comprehensive insurance advisory experience.

? Role: Senior Private Client Relationship Director – HNI & UHNI
What you will do:
? Build, manage and grow a portfolio of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through a relationship-led advisory approach.
? Generate revenue across Life Insurance, General Insurance and Health Insurance solutions, with a strong focus on protection, wealth preservation, succession and risk management.
? Independently manage the complete client lifecycle — prospecting, need analysis, solution design, sales, servicing, renewals and relationship management.
? Develop a deep understanding of clients’ financial, family, business and risk-protection requirements and provide bespoke insurance solutions.




? Build relationships with promoters, entrepreneurs, CXOs, professionals, family offices and affluent families.
? Identify and develop opportunities through referrals, existing relationships, skilled networks and strategic alliances.
? Work closely with insurers and internal product specialists to structure complex and high-value insurance solutions.
? Drive cross-selling and up-selling across Life, Health and General Insurance portfolios.
? Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, transparency and client servicing while managing sensitive HNI relationships.
? Build relationships based on trust, credibility and long-term value creation, rather than transactional selling.
? Ensure strong persistency, renewals and client retention through proactive engagement and superior service.
