About the role:
As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional
development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
* Lead manual and automation testing efforts for enterprise applications with a
focus on quality, scalability, and release readiness
* 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering with strong manual and automation
testing experience
* Develop, maintain, and execute UI and API automation frameworks using PHP and
Selenium
* Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous
testing and delivery
* Mentor team members on automation best practices, testing processes, and
framework improvements
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify risks,
troubleshoot defects, and improve overall product quality
* Validate APIs, integrations, and backend processes to ensure reliable data
flow across systems
Requirements:
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst in payments, fintech, or financial
services, with a solid understanding of payment processing and settlement
workflows
* Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for
payment gateway consolidation or payment platform modernization initiatives
* Good understanding of payment gateways, transaction lifecycle,
reconciliation, clearing, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks
* Experience working on legacy application modernization, preferably involving
PHP-based applications and migration to modern architectures
* Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
