Job Overview

The Supply Chain Support Team is responsible for assisting the Planning organization across various regions, with a primary focus on supporting day-to-day planning operations. The team works closely with planners to manage technical and administrative tasks, enabling smoother execution of supply chain activities. By streamlining communication, improving data accuracy, and enhancing responsiveness, the team plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring timely product availability.

Roles & Responsibility

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

Accountable for driving business decisions and supply chain transformation through analytics.
Building and managing smarter solutions including proactive and predictive solutions for better business visibilities
The person is self-starter, motivated and works with less supervision
Responsible for 360-degree global stakeholder Management




Provide solutions to business pain points – Diagnostic, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics
Act as an analytics consultant for end-to-end supply chain use cases, spanning upstream planning/procurement, manufacturing/inventory, downstream customer/order management, and delivery/logistics performance.
Combine consulting problem-framing, hypothesis development, statistical analysis, BI storytelling, and stakeholder influence to convert data into action.

Responsibilities

Analyze Supply Chain KPIs and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes impacting business performance.
Accountable for driving business decisions and supply chain transformation through analytics.
Design and deploy scalable analytics and AI-enabled solutions that drive business decisions and measurable value realization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions that address business needs.
