Qualifications & Requirements
Schedule Requirement: Ability to consistently work standard business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST to align with team collaboration and support coverage.
Critical Thinking & Analytical Mindset (Must-Have): Outstanding problem-solving skills; ability to approach technical challenges logically, ask the right questions, and troubleshoot root causes independently before escalating.
Exceptional Communication Skills (Must-Have): Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to document processes clearly and keep team members and end-users informed.
Team-First Orientation (Must-Have): Proven track record of working closely with team members in a highly cooperative environment—actively contributing to group goals, offering help to peers, and receiving feedback constructively.
IT Support Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support role.




Software Deployment & Remote Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of pushing software, remote endpoint administration, Windows 10/11 (and basic macOS), and network connectivity basics.
Note on Certifications: Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications) are not required. We prioritize real-world troubleshooting skills, logical thinking, communication, and adaptability over paper credentials.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience using Tanium for endpoint management, software deployment, or system queries.
Basic familiarity with command-line interfaces or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Command Prompt).
Familiarity with common ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).
