Role Purpose-
The Deputy Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by building strategic partnerships, expanding client relationships and identifying recent opportunities across educational institutions, corporate organisations and travel segments.
This role combines consultative sales,



account management and team collaboration while ensuring every client receives a customised solution aligned with Trailblazers' philosophy of experiential learning and exceptional service.

Key Resposibility-

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Drive business development across Trailblazers’ diverse travel and experiential learning offerings.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across different customer segments and markets through a combination of direct outreach, relationship building and market development initiatives.
Identify new markets, generate business opportunities and expand Trailblazers' client base.
Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts and consistently achieve business targets.

Strategic Partnership and Client Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with school leaders, educators, parents, families, corporate
