Job Purpose:The Lead - Gas & Chemical, PEX is responsible for overseeing the secure and efficient management of bulk gases and specialty chemicals. This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing system performance,



and leading a team to maintain operational standards. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage handling, storage, and distribution processes effectively.

Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all gas and chemical operations meet safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and mitigate risks.

Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making

Overseeing the implementation of digital tools and smart technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Organizational & Culture Building

Fostering a collaborative, agile culture that aligns with company values, driving employee engagement, and ensuring organizational growth and development.
