What you’ll do:
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The Global BCM & Footprint Management Specialist is responsible for execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Manufacturing Footprint Management activities across the global manufacturing network, aligned with operational priorities and Manufacturing Footprint Strategy objectives. The role ensures continuity planning, risk awareness, recovery readiness,



and footprint management initiatives are integrated into daily operations across sites and functions to maintain critical operations during disruptions and support network optimization and strategic manufacturing decisions.
The position supports maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), risk assessments, mitigation tracking, and footprint management activities, ensuring alignment with defined standards, governance processes, timelines, and footprint transformation initiatives. Collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and support functions ensures continuity requirements are practical, embedded in operational processes, and aligned with global manufacturing footprint strategy execution
