We are looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-focused Intern Google Ads Specialist to support our User Acquisition team in planning, managing, and optimizing Google App Campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing, data analysis, experimentation, and driving measurable business growth.

? Location: Remote
? Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (INR)
⏰ Working Hours: 20 hours/week
Duration- 2months
After that-
Poor performance: Internship completion with certificate (no absorption) with stipend of 2 months
Average performance: Internship may be extended by 1–2 months for further evaluation
Positive performance: Offer Junior role, with rate review eligibility after 6 months of absorption

? Core Responsibilities
Assist in creating and optimizing Google App Campaigns (UAC)




Conduct keyword and competitor research
Prepare ad headlines, descriptions, and creative briefs
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, Install Volume)
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports
Support A/B testing of creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign experiments
Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and campaign assets

Deliver accurate campaign reports
Contribute new testing ideas and optimization recommendations
