Role Description The Housing Loan Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves generating leads for housing loans, meeting prospective customers, understanding their financing needs, and recommending suitable loan products. The executive will explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and associated terms to customers in a explicit and transparent manner.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up with applicants, coordinating with credit and operations teams for timely processing, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also includes achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and applications, and adhering to all internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a simple, clear manner.
