Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive– Quality & R&D; to build and lead our Quality and Research & Development function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for establishing robust quality systems, food safety standards, documentation processes, product innovation pipelines, shelf-life studies, and manufacturing SOPs across our Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;), Preserve, Kombucha ,



and Condiments verticals .The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in food quality, regulatory compliance, audits, process standardization, and new product development, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Incoming RM check
· In-process testing
· Finished goods release
· Documentation
· FSSAI compliance
· Shelf-life monitoring
· Customer complaint handling
· Rejection rate tracking
1. Manage the raw material inspection pipeline and monitor fermentation loops to prevent contamination, ensuring zero product wastage or batch rejections.
2. Test daily pH, acidity, brix, and viscosity across all product lines to ensure perfect taste consistency and shelf-life stability.
3. Enforce strict sanitation standards for cooking vessels, fermentation tanks, and packaging lines while maintaining flawless FSSAI/HACCP documentation.
